Trying to keep up with your healthy New Year's resolution? Try sushi!

As many of you may already know, sushi is great option for healthy night out. Not only is it low in calories and fat, many of the ingredients used are full of protein, minerals and vitamins great for the body.
To start, fish in general is low calorie, low fat and chock full of much needed proteins. Salmon is especially great for you considering its high amounts of omega 3 for heart health. Salmon isn't the only fish good for your heart though; tuna, lake trout and herring can also boast substantial levels of omega 3.
Next, the seaweed that almost all rolls are wrapped in (also known as nori) contains high levels of iodine, much needed for correct hormonal function. Nori also contains calcium, magnesium and folic acid, just to name a few.
So, if your New Year's resolution is fading, get back on track with any one of the great and healthy rolls offered at Matsuri. If you aren't a fan of sushi, don't worry, Matsuri has tons more to offer!
